How do we set up an account?

Which destinations do Beds with Ease cover?

Worldwide; specialising in various destinations. If you can’t find a particular destination, please get in touch with our Sales team on 0191 600 0524.

Is a booking made on the system immediately confirmed?

Unless you receive a failed status or on-request return, your booking is confirmed and you will receive a booking reference.

Does Beds with Ease offer non-refundable rooms?

Yes, we do offer non-refundable rooms and these will be clearly marked in the search results and the basket.

Can we contact Beds with Ease in an emergency?

We operate a 24-hour emergency helpline to assist with emergencies. Please call 01582 797300.

What do Beds with Ease consider to be a group booking?

In most cases bookings of more than 3 rooms is considered a group and therefore should be checked either using our Group Enquiry form or calling our Sales team on 0191 600 0524.

Do group prices differ from the rates on the website?

The rates are determined by each unique contract agreement however dependent on the capacity required and travel date, the rates may differ.

Do you have to pay a deposit to secure a group booking?

A deposit may be required as per contract agreement which will be stated in the errata. This is most common with group bookings.

What are the cancellation terms?

Due to the increase in dynamic cancellation policies, the cancellation policy will be shown in the booking errata however if you are unable to locate this, please contact our Sales team on 0191 600 0524.

How do I notify you of any special requests?

You should include any special request at the time of booking, although these can be added on the 'My Booking' page by locating your booking and selecting the 'Edit' option. Please note that requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed. If the request is a necessity, charges may apply locally. If you require anything to be guaranteed, you must always contact our Sales team on 0191 600 0524.
