Covid-19 Update

Although some destinations are now beginning to open up, many countries still have restrictions in place. We want to reassure you that we are continually monitoring the situation and will do everything possible to support you during these unprecedented times.

We appreciate that this is still a very busy time for us all and as travel starts to open up again, we want to ensure that we deal with your queries quickly and efficiently. To avoid any unneccessary charges, you will need to cancel any bookings that are no longer required before any cancellation charges apply. All bookings can be cancelled via the API, My Booking or by email. Any bookings that have not been cancelled that are within the cancellation period will be charged as normal.

Should a booking be affected by a force majeure event, we will only negotiate with our hotel partners on receipt of supporting documentation showing that travel is impossible. Please note a Covid positive test, the need to quarantine or insufficient immunisation does not contribute a force majeure event.

As the situation evolves, this may mean that facilities and services at your destination or hotel may change, for example dining & buffet arrangements, swimming pools, spas, gyms and other fitness facilities. Regulations for entry such as Covid tests, visas & documentation, quarantine requirements etc. may also be liable to change. 

Our team is working hard with all of our hotel partners and if there are any bookings affected by changes to services or facilities, we will endeavour to communicate this to you as soon as possible. However, whilst we will inform you of any changes where possible, we will not be able to accept any claims or complaints due to limited and/or a lack of services.
